Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Strategic Global Account Manager for our branch in Mannheim as soon as possible.

Brunel has an ambitious global strategy and Sales Enablement strives to support the execution of this strategy. An important element of Sales Enablement are Brunel’s Clients: “connecting the right high value Clients with the best specialists and Brunel solutions”. The Strategic Global Account Manager plays a crucial role in this process.

You will support one Strategic Global Accounts, in this case the largest chemical company in the Rhine-Necker area. Your role will be to support developing and to execute the Strategic Global Account Strategy with the purpose to develop the global partnership with this Account which should lead to increasing results, profitable growth and ultimately contributing to Brunel’s Global Strategy. As a Strategic Global Account Manager you will partner with all the Brunel Regions, Verticals, Market & Business Intelligence and Bid Management & Sales Support for example.

Main activities:

  • Actively drive the (sales) activity and performance of and around the Account. You do this by actively challenging and supporting Brunellers at all levels globally to get most out of the local opportunities and to collaborate globally / internationally
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the business/processes/challenges/opportunities of the Account and share (and define follow up actions) this within the Brunel Global Account Team
  • Grow the relationship with the Account to be able to explore opportunities to provide additional Brunel solutions or to develop the partnership in other locations around the world
  • Actively participate in and conduct sales activity yourself
  • Make sure reporting regarding performance and activity related to the Account is up to date

Main deliverables:

  • Build partnership and operational excellence with the Strategic Global Account
  • Collaborate with the Brunel Global Account Team to realize opportunity
  • Grow internal awareness and excitement regarding the Strategic Global Account
  • Identify and win opportunities to provide additional value add services to the client in existing and new locations

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a business or engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with 3-5 years’ experience in an International/ Global Sales environment
  • Experience with and passion for Business Development, Sales & Account Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • International experience with various cultures is an advantage, as well as having worked in or having affinity with the staffing and recruitment industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Open to travelling internationally
