About this role: Service Planner

On behalf of our client, one of the world's largest providers of products and services for the energy industry, Brunel are currently seeking for a Service Planner to join their team based at Jandakot.

This role will be responsible primarily to provide Admin Support and to create, update, and maintains SAP orders for Product Service Line (PSL) Service Coordinator.

  • Under general supervision, creates, updates, and maintains SAP sales orders for Product ServiceLine (PSL) Service Coordinator.
  • Focuses on minimizing sales order day sales outstanding.
  • Support the Service Coordinators through specific processing of order to cash and procurementdata entry.
  • Responsible for inventory commitment to sales orders and reconciliation.
  • Troubleshoots & resolves SAP order to cash issues.
  • Work with resource planners in maintaining accuracy of scheduling board (where required) andthe dispatching of jobs in SAP.
  • Work with resource planners, plant maintenance, and accounting teams to resolve schedulingissues.
  • Creates requisitions as required and supports processing and transfer of cost to a sales order orMBU.
  • Creates standing storage orders to assign sundry item cost to sales orders.
  • Creates Manufacturing orders using SAP ROTI process for PSL RTA’s
  • Liase with Manufacturing on delivery schedules.
  • Assist PSL with revenue tracking.
  • Assists Billing Team with submitting Invoices to customers through some customers (BHP &Santos) portals (Ariba & Coupa)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years’ experience in Product Service Line (preferred not essential).
  • SAP or other ERP system experience required
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicablesafety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in the continuous improvement process.
  • Oil & Gas or Mining experience
