Seeking a Pipelines Analyst to work in Victoria. This will be for an ongoing contractor position.

Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes and designing solutions. Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results. Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions. Assists business users, project managers and leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects. Facilitates change management efforts associated with project. May write and maintain user documentation. Position will receive direction and support. Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.Pipeline Analyst would be typically able to conduct and interpret basic models, produce a complex business cases and is able to perform work of high complexity.

  • Create insights through Pipelines surveillance data analysis for internal and regulatory reporting
  • Manage Dial Before You Dig digital platform and respond to public inquiries Help us to inform and connect with regulators, local government planners, and others
  • Coordinate Pipelines surveillance and maintenance work schedule inputs, purchase orders, and budget reporting using maintenance work database
  • Coordinate team training and competency requirements
  • Support team events, and administer on call and leave rosters
  • Contribute to Pipelines Group goal setting, planning and budgeting
  • Play active part in Pipelines Group culture of care, and Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
