On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel has an exciting contract opportunity for a Learning (Graduate Program) Representative. This is a fantastic 12 month contract opportunity located in the Perth CBD!

Graduate Development Program

  • Main point of contact and first line of support for the Graduate Program participants & Leaders within AustraliaFacilitate monthly meeting of Functional Leaders to discuss program & participants
    Oversee participants’ completion of Program requirements and maintain data accurately in required systems Workday learning, iLearn)
  • Responsible for Program budget and associated approvalsProvide development, deployment and support for specific graduate training and events, including liaising with external vendors as and when required
  • Partner with global Graduate Team for program alignment and provide input into the global program components and systemsParticipate and support the Graduate Committee with directions and events
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team on University hiring recruitment activities and strategy and global stakeholders and functional talent managers on graduate program alignment
  • Plan, facilitate and event manage annual Graduation Ceremony - and onboarding for new participants, mentors and leaders

Vacation (Intern) Program / Onboarding Process

  • Design Vacation program content, utilising global program content and aligning to local business need. Leverage previous years’ vac/cadet program feedback in partnership with Talent Acquisition team and build in lessons learnt for current program
  • Facilitate Supervisor training and onboarding & partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist on program logistics, program documentation and resources
  • Develop assessment criteria, facilitate student presentations and performance/selection discussions for pipeline

Onboarding Process / Induction Course, Training Matrix & Learning Portal

  • End to end ownership of the Australian Onboarding process
  • Owner for the Australian Induction Program; work with relevant local & global stakeholders to review course content to ensure its relevancy & compliance as well as provide input into the global components and systems
  • Responsible for reviewing, updating & testing of Company mandatory course requirements & consult on creation of automated assigned training and audiences for additional courses

Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Learning & Development design, management of graduate programs, consulting and/or familiarity with learning systems (ie Workday Learning)
  • Strong influencing, problem solving, facilitation and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate at an autonomous level with strong project management, organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills with a strong desire to collaborate and drive best practices
  • Ability to take initiative to identify and anticipate business unit needs, make recommendations and partner with stakeholders to implement
