• To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other company HSE procedures in all Hook-up activities, & to demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy;
• To carry out work in compliance with company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed company priorities and objectives, company standards and procedures and good industry practices;
• To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality;• To ensure consistency and correct interfacing with other packages during the various phase of detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation and animate dedicated transverse coordination between packages as required to ensure all requirements for Hook-up activities are complied with (especially with other Batch#3 EPC CTRs, D&W and FOPS);
• To ensure timely review of documentation produced by EPC contractors;• To interface with Field Operations team members in developing SIMOPS and associated schedule for site activities - new WHP installation, hookup, commissioning and preservation works;
• To interface with other company departments to ensure coordination between projects developed in parallel• Promote a “no change policy” to meet budget and schedule constraint without impairing quality and safety of the Hook-up Works activities;
• To manage Hook-up Works during EPCIC phase including progress follow-up as well as engineering and vendor documentation review, in order to ensure compliance with basis of design, SOR, Company specifications, Corporate standard and HSE regulation, international codes and classification society rules;• To review Hook up Job cards and ensure that its well captured all required activities;
• To assist B3 WHP Package Lead with regards to all technical, commercial and contractual issues arising during Hook-up Works execution & for the mobilization, organization and management of the team required to carryout the work;
• To encourage at detail engineering stage identification of any optimization / improvement in the design;• To ensure that EPC Contractor queries are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner;
• During execution promote alternative solutions to reduce and optimise the duration for offshore installation;• To ensure implementation of the design change process affecting Hook-up Works activities;
• To manage potential deviations from the company referential with the Engineering Manager for final decision on whether or not to implement;• To attend the offshore HAZID/ HAZOP/ Project Technical reviews sessions with company,
Contractors and vendors teams;• To ensure close coordination within team on all engineering, constructability and operational matters;
• To ensure that relevant feedback from previous similar projects are considered project works performance;• To setup and manage weekly and monthly meetings with EPC Contractor(s), and call specific ad hoc meetings as required;
• To participate to Project reporting (progress and risk);• To assist defining Work Time Schedule with objective to reduce the costs and optimize the duration
and to ensure compliance with these up to Project Close-out;• To interface with other B3 Packages (EPCIC6/EPCI7) and/or with company related entities for IMOPS (D&W/E&C);
• Assist the Interface Coordinator in ensuring that all interfaces are adequately defined, monitored and managed;• To assist in close out preparation of the all the stages of new WHP projects from Detail Engineering.
Commissioning, performance tests completion, settlement of any claims, execution of close out certificates including for warranty period commencement, transfer and archiving of final documentations and issuance of close out reports related to Hook Up Activities;• To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.

Requirements

Requirements

▪ Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering,▪ Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas project with relevant experience
in EPC contract execution particulary offshore work;▪ Experience of similar project during Offshore Hook-up Phases and in SIMOPS condition;
▪ Experience within a project team: At least 10 years’ experience within large multinational taskforce team environment;
▪ Track records of offshore brownfield projects;▪ Available for technical missions worldwide;
▪ Preferable to have worked with COMPANY and/or Total standards, EDMS system, with relevant; codes and standards;
▪ Language: Fluent English;▪ Computer literate;
▪ Good leadership skills and good communication skills;▪ Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment;
• Good analytical skills;• H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
